Chairman and Managing Director
Deepak Kishan Goradia is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce, University of Bombay, Maharashtra. He has also passed the examination for Second LL.B. (General) from the University of Bombay, Maharashtra. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation and is involved in strategic land acquisition, business development, and overseeing the architectural planning and design aspects of our projects. He has previously served as the President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India – Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry and as the Vice President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India – West Zone. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of real estate and was previously associated with Darsh Buildwell Private Limited, Dosti Land Developers Private Limited, Friends Development Corporation (Imperia) Private Limited, Gomethak Developers Private Limited, Lavitra Properties Private Limited, and New Wadala Sports Club Private Limited. He is also a director on the boards of directors of Adrika Developers Private Limited, Bhavanika Buildcon Private Limited, Chalama Infraproperties Private Limited, Dosti Alternatives Investment Management Private Limited, Dosti Marinebay Private Limited, Dosti Primus Senior Living Private Limited, Eshani Properties Private Limited, Fanibhushan Build Tech Private Limited, KNK Trading Private Limited, and Maitri Land Developers Private Limited.
Rajesh Shah

Rajesh Premji Shah is a Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay, Maharashtra. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation and is responsible for overseeing the operational functions of our Company, including the marketing of residential and commercial properties developed by the Dosti Group, including those of our Company. He also oversees departments such as accounts and finance, legal affairs, personnel management, and general administration of our Company. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of real estate, including finance, and was previously associated with Darsh Buildwell Private Limited, Dosti Land Developers Private Limited, Friends Development Corporation (Imperia) Private Limited, Gomethak Developers Private Limited, Lavitra Properties Private Limited, and New Wadala Sports Club Private Limited. He is also a director on the boards of directors of Adrika Developers Private Limited, Bhavanika Buildcon Private Limited, Chalama Infraproperties Private Limited, Dosti Alternatives Investment Management Private Limited, Dosti Marinebay Private Limited, Eshani Properties Private Limited, Fanibhushan Buildcon Private Limited, Tech Private Limited, KGTA Trusteeship Private Limited, KNK Trading Private Limited, and Kishan Goradia Vishwavrutti Foundation (KGVF).

Anuj Goradia

Anuj Deepak Goradia is a Whole Time Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor of science with completion of a major in civil engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He has been associated with our Company since 2016. He is involved in strategic functions and responsibilities of our Company such as technology, strategic land acquisition and market diversification. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of real estate. He is also a director on the board of directors of Dosti Primus Senior Living Private Limited.

K G Krishnamurthy
Independent Director
Kulumani Gopalratnam Krishnamurthy is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor of architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has passed the diploma in administrative management examination from University of Bombay, Maharashtra. He has been associated with our Company since November 22, 2024. He has over 22 years of experience in the field of real estate and finance. He has previously served as the managing director and chief executive officer of HDFC Property Ventures Limited. He is also a director on the board of directors of Embassy Developments Limited (formerly known as Equinox India Development Limited), JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited, Meerut Budaun Expressway Limited, MMK Toll Road Private Limited, Puravankara Limited and Shriram Properties Limited.
Sunil Bansal
Independent Director
Sunil Kumar Bansal is an Independent Director of our Company. He has passed the final year commerce examination of the three-year degree course (commerce) from L.B.S. Government College, Kotputli, University of Rajasthan. He has been associated with our Company since January 1, 2024. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, retail broking and distribution. He holds a certificate of registration from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to act as an insolvency professional. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a certificated associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has obtained a certificate of professional membership to be a professional member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI and is also a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with IDBI Bank Limited as General Manager and IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited as Executive Assistant President on deputation. He is also a director on the board of directors of Anjali Labtech Limited, Bathiya Restructuring Services Private Limited, Glittek Granites Limited and Shemaroo Entertainment Limited.
Kavita Shah

Kavita Rakesh Shah is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed the National Institute of Securities Markets Series--IX: Merchant Banking Certification Examination. She has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2025. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of finance, accounting, company law matters, capital markets transactions including public offering equity as well debt offerings, advisory transactions like open offer under Takeover regulations, buy back of shares, delisting, fair valuation of shares, valuation of company, and other products like formation of AIFs, REITs and InvITs. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated as a partner with S.H. Bathiya & Associates, Chartered Accountants and currently is a partner with Inga Ventures Private Limited. She is also a director on the board of directors of Anjali Labtech Limited, Glittek Granites Limited and Nilkamal Limited.
Chintan Shah
Independent Director
Chintan Jitendra Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor of commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has also passed the degree examination for second L.L.B (General) from University of Bombay, Maharashtra. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with our Company since February 5, 2020. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of finance and taxation. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of taxation matters (including international taxation), tax litigation, FEMA, transfer pricing, corporate law advisory, statutory and internal audits. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Sudit K Parekh & Co. and Zenotech Laboratories Limited. He is presently the proprietor at C. Shah & Co. Chartered Accountants and a director on the board of directors of KNK Trading Private Limited.
Narendra R. Jain

With a career spanning over 40 years, Mr. Narendra R. Jain has handled Indian and international portfolios, including work at Indian Hume Pipe and contributions to expert sub-committees of CII and ASSOCHAM. He anchors the company's secretarial, governance and compliance function, ensuring that growth is always matched by process and accountability.

With over 35 years in finance and accounts, Mr. K.N. Swaminathan has worked with Kolte-Patil Developers, Lodha Group, Reliance Communications, Reliance Telecom and Bells Controls. He oversees the company's accounting and finance function, bringing structure, control and a steady hand to financial decision-making.
Jay Rajul Vora
Vice President - Liaison & Redevelopment (Thane)
An architect by training, Mr. Jay Vora holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS, Mumbai, and has previously worked with Ar. Hafeez Contractor. With over 10 years of experience, he plays an instrumental role across land acquisition, government and regulatory affairs, architecture and business development — bringing a design sensibility to the earliest and most decisive stages of a project.
